Intravision XR is a full-scale application that allows for the viewing and manipulation of 3D models from most standard DICOM formats.Intravision XR is for Educational and Informational Purposes only and is not to be used for Medical Diagnosis, or Treatment.
The full application is available in two parts.
1) 3D Model creation and viewing from the Web portal.
2) 3D Model viewing and manipulation in Augmented/Mixed Reality through a headset.
Using Intravision XR, the Apple Vision Pro can be used to fully immerse the user in experiencing detailed, anatomically correct 3D Models. Immersion is enhanced through control of scale, movement, rotation, and the use of a cutting plane to encourage full interaction with the models.

Once installed, there are 2 modes of operation for this application, Online and Offline Mode.
Online Mode:
View models which reside on DICOM Director’s server. If your account has no models available, you will need to either use the Demo account, or upload models to your account so you can view them with this viewer.
Online mode requires an internet connection.Offline Mode:
To view models without an internet connection or without needing to download, you need to login to the Demo account or your account and save models in the cache via "Save Offline" button after loading in the model to view on your device. After you click the "Save Offline" button on a given model, it will be available offline.

You may manipulate a model by selecting it, a bounding box will appear that means the model is able to be manipulated. You can move and rotate the model with one hand. Using two hands you can scale the model.
You may activate a Cutting Plane via the UI button and then manipulate it just like you would your model. This will allow you to see cross sections of your model. By moving around in your physical environment, or moving the model and cutting plane you can change your perspectives and see interior views.Segementation is available if your model was segmented. You may control which segments are visible via their labelled toggles. There are also controls for each segment to remove it from the cutting plane (so it will not be cut by it) or to reverse the render of the segment to turn it inside out.
